On Departures
Receive all passengers from the Main Terminal Building Gates according to their flight times and designated gates (which we endeavor to pre inform our passengers as soon as it is assigned to the airlines).
Our Baggage Assistants are always available to carry all your bags to the airlines Check-In counters after it is screened by the Security. Our Officers are available to help you through your travel documents (filling up the Embarkation Cards etc..)
We ensure that you are given a smooth handling up to the entrance of Departure Immigration area.
On Arrivals
Receive passengers from the Immigration area
Assistance at the baggage belt area
Escort them through Customs formalities
Handover the passengers to the receiving party at the point outside arrivals or to their awaiting transports.
